HERE'S THE REAL BIO

My name is Brian Rollo. I’ve felt lost. I’ve struggled to stick up for myself. I’ve felt abandoned and lost.

I’ve also coached clients who were struggling to rebound from addiction, had lost faith in themselves, struggled to set healthy boundaries, and had forgotten just how special they were.

But I’ve also been a leader, a coach, and advisor for decades. I’ve faced many challenges (in life and in business), and I’ve coached people through life-changing experiences.

Oh, and I’m an introvert at heart who tends to be quiet and loves to read. Maybe too much - my coach once forbade me from reading any more books until I acted on the ones I had already read. Lesson learned, and one I teach today.

As a lifelong student of human behavior, I have extensively researched this question: What is the key to making good things happen for yourself and others?

Small shifts in perspective make all the difference. A small shift in a thinking pattern can make the whole world look different. You can see open doors where you previously only saw walls.

My coaching is deep and powerful. And I help my clients make the small shifts that create large results.
